To satisfy both maybe impossible, your personal happiness is only sometimes tied to your commitments. You can be commuted in a relationship, and that can bring you personal happiness. Other times you are committed to school and to some people school is not fun a nd does not give them their personal happiness. It truly depends on the person in which the conflict is with. It also depends on the commitments in which said person has and wiether they find the, selves in a situation of happiness or not. Many times your commitments do not have any ties to your happiness and that is just the way it is.
